  1. If I could rate a 0 I would. On 10/2 at 12pm my friend and I walked in with a gift card with over $100 on it and left with it having $0. You would think thatā€™s because we bought something.. NOPE! Somehow the workers messed up and the $100 magically disappeared!!! We waited over 45min in the store for the cashier to talk to customer service and for them just to basically say ā€œhopefully the $100 shows back up on the card in 24 hours.ā€ Not to mention, the manager sat there laughing the whole time without helping! He was also openly counting CASH from the til on the counter. I worked in retail for 3 years and i know thatā€™s a big NO NO. This was insanely unprofessional and very frustrating. So now we wait 24 hours and HOPE the money shows back up!!

  2. I left my glasses in a fitting room and called for them to be put set aside for me to pick up. I returned to the store to collect my glasses and was told that no one had them. After 20 mins of unprofessional slow girls ā€œlookingā€ for my sunglasses they didnā€™t have them. When on the phone I was told they were put aside and where the correct description. These are designer high quality glasses. I could obviously tell the little girls helping me was looking around my glasses in the drawer and did not want to return me my glasses. After one employee got up from sitting on the floor in the displays she checked in the drawer. She pulled out 4 pairs of glassesā€¦ Mine included. And the girl helping me in the first place said and I quote, ā€œomg how did I not see thoseā€. So if you ever lost items in the Fashion Fair Abercrombie store you might want to go back these little girls think they can come up on paying costumers lost items. The girl helping me and the one that checked me out were both extremely rude and lazy. I love Abercrombie although these employees really ruined my experience. And to top it off the girl helping me asked for my payment before adding my rewards points off. 04/16/24

  3. Husband and daughter were in on 1/6 at 5:45. She went to try on two pair of jeans and the fitting room person said they were closed b/c of the time. There was a person leaving a dressing room at the same time as well. Person was female with longer hair. Never knew of a place closing fitting rooms before the store closing. Needless to say they put the jeans back and walked out. They went to American Eagle instead and she tried on pants there and bought 3 pairs and some shirts. Manager might want to retrain their staff.
