1. A mutual friend introduced me to Aaron in the Fall 2023, because I had been searching for a larger condo in the West Valley for quite a long time, and she thought he could assist me in my search. We started discussing sections of the West Valley I might consider, floor plans, building size, etc. He listened, he heard me, and never sent me listings to consider that were not within my parameters. I was thrilled when the perfect condo went on the market, the timing was right, and Aaron professionally handled the negotiations, and he and his team made the escrow process stress-free.

   In the Spring 2024, I asked Aaron to list my Encino condo. Given his level of expertise, I listened to his advice on selling the condo. He held multiple open houses, and presented offers within my guidelines. The small condo did sell and in the timeframe he projected. Aaron is an amazing, caring, knowledgeable agent. He is the best!

5. We cannot begin to shower Aaron Shrier was enough praise and thanks for the dedication he showed to us in finding the perfect home. My husband and I were referred to Aaron by a mutual friend in January of 2022. We had a long and detailed conversation with him about the location and type of house we wanted. He went to work looking for a house. Every day he sent us a list of house to review. We visited him in April and he took us to see many homes. We had no luck finding a home but we weren’t about to give up and especially Aaron was giving up on us. Month after month went by with many houses to view but none were what we wanted. Finally we were able to go back and meet with Aaron in October. Working with him for nine months and with his support and encouragement we were finally able to find our dream home. Without Aaron’s perseverance, real estate knowledge and professionalism this would not have been possible. With Aaron’s help this journey turned out to be a dream far from the nightmare we envisioned. Thank you Aaron, the English language doesn’t have enough positive adjectives to describe not only you but the job you did for us.
