pityful to say the least. Call at 8am to see I’d part arrived. Talked to a Josh. Was pretty rude. Stated if part came in we would have called you. 2 hours later get call the part came in. I drive 48 miles to A1. Josh is the champion at asking the same question a hundred different ways. Talking to him is easy to see he is a few bricks shy of a full load. He can’t find the part. He denied calling me to tell me the part was was in. I show him the call from him on my phone log on my cell phone, yet he denies calling. Excuses and excuses. Things get heated. Went by today didn’t try to sell me anything if I didn’t need it. Tested my fuses which were good told me what the problem was free of charge and my dryer works now!!! Great thanks to the folks at A1!!!
