    I would stay away from this company. My washer machine is not working. Itā€™s under a protection plan. The protection plan sent this company. They have been to my house multiple times. The last two times they came over all he did was look at the filter. He said that was the problem. I saw the filter and it was clean. As a matter of fact, my husband cleans it all the time. The plumber was told we have a leak inside the washer. After three washes the washing machine stops working because the water tray under the washer fills up. Well, today the plumber came over. He did pull the machine out to see what the problem is. How can you find a leak if you donā€™t look inside the washer? He then says well I donā€™t see a leak. If he would have pulled out the washer, he would have seen the catch tray full of water. I also, pointed out the water mark on the floor left by the washing machine. I called the protection plan on Monday and told them the story after the plumber left. The protection plan said the case was not closed because the company order a part. Thatā€™s weird because the plumber wrote on my receipt from the prior visit the washer was fine. The plumber returned on Friday, because we complained. I asked the plumber about the part, and he told me no I did not order a part. After he left my house, I called the protection plan. I talked to a different person, and they told me my case was still open because the company ordered a part. If you ask me thereā€™s something not right. I donā€™t think they deserve one star. SO BEWARE!!!

  2. I had a wonderful experience with Ara of A+ Appliances. He troubleshooted the issue, the company arranged to have the part shipped and it was installed immediately upon receipt. Araā€™s work was clean, thorough, and he was just an overall nice guy to boot! I would recommend this company highly.

  3. Ara was wonderful and quickly resolved the issue. Turns out the refrigerator was not level which impacted both the refrigerator door which would not close easily. The freezer door would not close completely causing ice to build up inside and the compressor working hard incessantly and making loud noises. In less than an hour Ara had it all working perfectly!

  4. They stand by their name A+! Iā€™ve worked with few other companies with my Lowes protection plan for washer, these people are the best. Donā€™t waste your time with others.
    The lady answering the calls, super sweet lady very helpful and prompt.

    Gerik service guy super nice friendly and patience answering my questions.

    I donā€™t usually leave reviews, but these people deserve a shout out!
