0/10. They are unprofessional. They post on their Facebook page all day about jobs being available but soon as you call for more information they tell you they don’t have anything. False advertising. The lady’s on the phone will tell you for months straight that you are on the available list and will hang up.
Very sad. They used to be a very good company. The past year and a half not so much. I was told that they had plenty of jobs available. To come up and see them and put in an application. My son who just graduated high school did as well. The woman who told us there was plenty of jobs available said I’m sorry nothing is available right now. I just didn’t make any sense. And for people who want to say. It could be something we have done or didn’t do. These people are professionals they should tell you what you have done wrong. But considering my son had never even been employed through them. I’m not sure how that could be. And the last job I had I was hired on and stayed with them for years.
I definitely should have listened to the other reviews when they said not to apply here. It is a waste of time because you walk in without a job and literally leave without one. I called THEM numerous times asking about ANY updates about a job I preferred in which they said they had MANY openings for. They told me that they “were working on it”. They NEVER called me back with any updates. I finally went somewhere else where I was able to start the job I preferred that next Monday after sitting out for a week due to the negligence of A1. I also find it ironic how I got to the job and the others were from the A1 employment agency. Save time and go somewhere else.
Not really sure what to think, still a bit dumbfounded. I received a call from someone at this company for an over the phone interview for the staffing agent position that I had applied for as I was walking out of the door for PT, in which the young lady told me to just call her back afterwards. I did call, and not remembering who I spoke to, the girl who answered the phone asked my name and last four of my social. She then proceeded to tell me that she didn’t know who had called me and she couldn’t find me in the system anywhere. How does that happen???
Enjoyed dealing with Shelley Morgan. She is the least professional person at this entire place. Avoid her like the plague.
*I do not own the shop but have followed him for 5 years and he does cut my hair. He is one of my best friends. Her friends leaving fake reviews on his business only hurts the other 10 hard working people that have nothing to do with it. I already read other reviews on this business and guess this one won’t matter as much.
