Clueless. Simple refrigerator capacitor. They wouldn’t even look it up unless I had the exact serial number for the fridge, and they wouldn’t look it up by the number on the old one.
I had to look it up for them and they argued about that. They finally schleped back to get it and they charged me $50 for a part available at Amazon for $9.
But time was of the essence so I I bought it and it works fine.
I’ve never had any trouble with the store on S. Parkway.
These guys were awesome! They helped and explained everything about the project I trying to do. It’s was my first time fixing a washer. Thanks
Had best prices for quite a few of the parts I needed to fix our washing machine. Many were in stock and some he head the next day!
Either way, it gives me a chance to spend local and support a local business.

11/2023 update: Nobody wants a fridge to die before a holiday, but here I am! After calling repair places and finding out nobody could come out asap, I started digging and diagnosing the issue (it’s actually part of what I do for a living).
Determined the system board on my early 2000’s GE Profile was toast – not uncommon – and I feared I wouldn’t be able to find it. I found the board part number which is updated from the part number on the fridge’s board, and called A1. Gave them my fridge model number and they verified the part I found is correct. They got it from another store and had it here less than 2 hours from my call to them!
Picked it up and got it installed in 10 minutes and the fridge is cooling properly again!
Many kudos to Mike and the crew at A1. They know their stuff and can help you find parts for even those old appliances! Saved me over $2,000 since I don’t have to buy a new fridge!!!

Michael is great at customer service. He always has more in stock than the other A1 store on S. Pkwy. I am a DIYer and he is a great asset to me in helping me find the right part and provide helpful tips on installation. I just had to purchase a user interface board for my GE dishwasher. He had it in stock at a great price.
