   I had the pleasure of working with Kevin Hernandez on acquiring a new auto insurance policy. I had reached out to Kevin to let him know how my auto Ins. Had increased drastically and that I wanted to find a new policy that’s more affordable/reasonable. Kevin wasted no time and was able to bring me a new auto insurance policy quote on the same day I had spoken with him. His new policy had exactly matched my current coverages but was over $1000 dollars less than my current 6 month renewal price. I couldn’t be happier with Kevin’s services and his customer first approach. He is very kind, informative, educated, and easy to work with. I could tell based on our phone calls that Kevin really cares about helping his clients. 2. Kevin at Partners Direct has been by far one of the best in the insurance business I’ve ever used. He and his team always provide the utmost top notch service. They are extremely reliable, fast working and always get back to you in a timely manner. They have consistently taken care of not just me for all my insurance needs but my friends, family and clients. Kevin and his team of professionals have always gotten the best coverage for me. 4. My agent Kevin always responds quickly and is reliable and knowledgeable. I was able to save more than $500/year with mostly same homeowner’s insurance. He also took care of all cancelation process of the old insurance and I received the refund quickly. Highly recommend!
