I had a great experience at the shop! Damion was inviting and very helpful, making sure my car was in top shape before leaving. Hollywood’s knowledge of Jeeps was impressive, and he went above and beyond to help with some minor parts that made a big difference. I’ll definitely be bringing my Jeep back for future service. This was my first time doing business with any Mavis store. Scott made my experience very pleasurable. He made sure everything I had came in with concerns about got looked at and helped get me the best pricing he could on all the needed repairs and parts. He offered to check and replace my windshield wipers as well, something I’ve never been offered at any other competitor store.
