1. I’m going to have to throw Brad and Mrs Tanivery 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!!.back in the day when I used temp services they were great in job placements.but EPS has raised the bar!! From Mrs Tanivery being helpful when it came to using the computer and navigating the website. She was very patient with me!! To be honest its because I hate technology!!
   On with the interview with Brad he is all in!! on trying to get you placed and with the right job too!! He asked all the right questions to narrow down whats in my best interests. He stays in constant contact with me.if he says he will call you he follows thru…

2. I Dont even know why this popped up on my phone, Places like this supposed to call you when a site needs you but instead you have to go through hoops just to sit and wait and dont get daily updates like you should all temps are a waste of time. Should never have wait 2 weeks for nothing.

3. I am not a person to leave negative reviews but I feel like this one is needed. If anyone NEEDS a job desperately this is NOT the place to go to. I would rather apply in person with a pen and paper before ever trying to go to this place again. I applied to a position they had on indeed at no point in the description did they put that they were an agency. I got called into an interview with a 20 minute notice to get there. Thankfully I live 10 minutes away so it was manageable but not everyone has that flexibility. I go to this “interview” and it’s not an interview at all. More of asking a million questions about previous work you’ve done and at the end of it getting told I was offered a position yet never heard anything back after being told I would be contacted after my background check came back. I have a CLEAN record. I get called 2 days later following up on the interview that I apparently “didn’t” attended and I informed the person that I did attend this so called interview and never heard a reply back. She said she would call me back and I haven’t heard anything since. Fast forward to today… 2 MONTH LATER. They give me a follow up call asking if I’m still looking for employment? Please take me off your call list. I found a job paying $6/hr more than this so called job I was being offered yet never got called back or even updated if it wasn’t going to work.

4. Okay, please forgive me but this place is very unprofessional. I applied to this place because I am new to the area and wanted to find something fast. Mind you, this was back in December 2023 and I asked if I can start with them after the first of the year 2024. I was told okay not a problem. Well, I have called and been calling asking about work or when can I start for 2 months now and all I am ever given is, “I need to call job references” and I need to check my notes” and “I need for you to come in and fill this out”. It’s always something besides doing what they are in business for. Putting people to work. I worked for this same company in New Orleans LA. it was very easy to find me placement and they didn’t waste time nor make excuses. I applied at the New Orleans location and within 4 days I was placed and working. This place needs to get it together and I will be reporting “emailing” this place to the CEO of the company about my experience with this location. If they are not putting people to work then what are they doing here. I am very upset with how this company is run in North Alabama. I have a family to take care of and as long as they have a job to take care of their families, I guess the rest of us are beneath them. That is my opinion in how they have represented this company.
