I thought using an agency to hire staff was for other types of companies – not a social justice non-profit. But as an Executive Director I was hitting a wall when hiring a development staffer. I didn’t have enough time to vet candidates. Everyone I encountered from the Scion team was so welcoming and took the time to really understand the organization, our values and needs. They hit it out of the park when finding qualified candidates for us to interview. Were open to feedback every step of the way and in less than a month I had interviewed and hired someone who is working out great. I am a fan and will use again and will recommend.
