1. The truth hurts. The Exchange system is no longer competitive. Because Amazon and Walmart undercut the prices, the BX system is on the ropes. I visited the BX at Malmstrom AFB in Montana this past June and it had one person for the entire store and a large self checkout area. Sad.

3. Had the best experience with Rita in the electronics department. She is an awesome customer service representative. AAFES at Maxwell AFB is lucky to have a person as great as she is to take care of customers. She was very helpful to answer all my questions and very knowledgeable about the products I was interested in purchasing. She deserves to be recognized by AAFES management for she is Awesome!! I tip my hat to her and wish her the best of everything. God bless Rita.
