They are fake that donāt have have such type of rooms, itās like a tabelaā¦ where people comes and goes in an hour. So donāt book and no need need to trust on sunil who is the owner of this hotel
I didnāt like the room and the service was very poor The privacy was so bad .
The staff have friendly nature and the hotel is in a good location but they really need to get some maintenance work done in their rooms.
WORST HOTEL EVER
What a stupid bunch of people they have hired for the reception job. I booked one room from Agoda app at a certain price and when I reached the hotel for checkin , the hotel staff said that they havenāt received any booking . They didnāt had any computer or laptop when I provided them booking ID and ref number.
Not only this they way they were responding and treating the guest was very unprofessional. They didnāt wanted me to give room at low price so they started behaving in a very bad and unresponsive manner.
Then when I asked them whatās the price of the room I will pay the extra amount , one of them quoted itās 1250 INR . I
Was ready to pay the extra amount as I needed the room urgently at that time but then another one of them said itās 1500 INR and finally he quoted at the last that the only room available is for 1899 INR
When I said that your colleague just said it was for 1250 , to which he said ki āusko nahi pataā.
Basically they have hired unprofessional and uneducated staff.

Bakwas service, payment is different from the commitment while booking, door lock is worst. People get stuck inside and then have to break locks, they says wates bottle is free but nithing is free they says cold drink 2 botel free and added in bill payment.
