They have all the best smoked meats⊠let me tell you. We bought all the flavors of the salmon (you know because we couldnât just choose one).. my favorite was the sesame bourbon đ⊠Do yourself a favor and run.. donât walk. Lol

I discovered this gem via. recommendation from Tambo up at Tamboâs Shack. As I just moved to the area, I inquired about any good, worthwhile smokehouse or BBQ joints given theyâre among my favorite staples.
Let me just start out by saying I graduated college, lived, and worked in Texas for years. Texas is where everyone and their mother use âthe best Smoked or BBQ meats there isâ to draw customers and promote themselves.
These guys are amongst the best smokehouses and BBQ joints Iâve dined at/from probably above them to be honest. Whether Smoked chicken, turkey, salmon, amberjack, tuna, jalapenos. They capture the flavor profile, tenderness, texture, everything youâd look for in a smoked meat to a T. I canât compliment them on their work on an adequate level.
I Highly recommend giving them a go if youâre visiting the area, fresh off the boat moved to the area, or even a local that hasnât tried them yet. If youâre someone that loves, craves, and is looking for high quality smoked meats and other products/options. They WILL NOT disappoint. Donât deprive your taste buds or stomachs of this place. A+++
If youâre request it, are lucky, and catch them on a good day, they may even whip you up a thing of homemade Alabama White Sauce. đ
Best kept secret in the area!! The meat is to die for! The fixinâs are amazing! If you love brisket- get there on Thursdays because they sell out quickly. The tuna dip and salmon dip are fabulous! I canât brag enough about this smoke shop!
Was very good. We went twice in our week stay in the area.
The portion sizes are on the smaller size, but where very good. $17(ish) per meal
Got a deal on day old smoked sausage and it was better than the fishâŠ
Purchased smoked salmon and redfish and also some salmon. Probably the best smoked fish Iâve had and have tried a few. Rub is similar to popular pork shoulder rubs, maybe a little cayenne but no real heat. Highly recommend!
