1. Bought a vehicle on FB marketplace. It was better than described. Worth more than I paid. Our agreement was honored even though more money was in line behind me. Kyle made it simple. And the Boss is the one who came out and “ran” the other buyer off. Top notch. PS… it looked like a body shop I’ll visit again. Good ones are becoming very rare.

2. Unfortunately I’ve had the pleasure of taking my car to be repaired 4 different occasions in the last 3 years. Each time I feel like family with the level of care and attention! They are very old fashioned with their policy of doing things the right way the first time!! Won’t use anyone else!

3. Mr. Andrews is the most unprofessional businessman I have ever dealt with. If you value your time and your vehicle, take your business somewhere else.

   I scheduled an appointment with them, and waited around a months for that appointment. On the day when I dropped off my car at their bodyshop, Mr. Andrews called me after an hour and asked me to come back and pick up my car, they won’t be able to work on it in at least another month!!!

4. I have had my truck at billy andrews for accident damage repair twice. They alway do top quality work at very fair prices! I highly recommend billy andrews for any paint and body work you need.

5. I went there to get an estimate for some work I needed done, estimated about 9k-10k. I never received an estimate. I called a few days after and was told I would get it. 2 weeks later, nothing.
