1. The only reason why I rate it this high cause Dolores is a real manager that was helping us for a while LOVE HER !!! But also why it’s so low is because of the new who took orlans place. I called to put my husband on the list like I usually do because my husband tries to pick up side jobs and goes to school at the same time. This time when I called I didn’t get the office I got the work phone and it was the new staff coordinator I asked if she could put him on the list and she said yes but I don’t have anything at all and to please to only call between 2pm and 4pm to find out if we have work or to be put on the list mind you my husband was a top worker but haven’t found him work in 3 months I then ask for Dolores but she told me she is sick and out. I then asked her that nobody else in the office that can talk with us cause that’s unfair to your employees that only get less then 2 hours of their time ? It just doesn’t make sense to me and then she proceeded to tell me if we needed a job that bad to apply for her job an do it. I was shocked but I said I gladly would if they gave me a shot for the position I can handle it more professionally then you are right now. I then asked if she can give me a number to somebody that is higher then her but she proceeded to tell me she’s the manager and the hours on the website are not right they close at 4pm and I wanted to make sure what the paperwork says that the employees fill out said and she said thats what it says on the paper check they get I did not see it any where smh this is just a hard world and I understand that but I wasn’t trying to argue with a girl who can’t handle her job. I’m sorry just not right at all how that phone call went. Hope they get a staffing coordinator that can handle pressure better

2. I have worked for labor finders on and off for about 4 years. Maria is by far the best office person that I have ever worked with. She keeps me busy she listens to what either I or the other laborers or customers have to say. She keeps her office very clean and organized. She also listens to any suggestions that I or the other labors have to either make the job easier or more efficient. I will continue to work for Maria as long as I can. I could only rate this place 5 stars but if I could I would rate it at least 10 best place to work for ever.

3. I truly appreciate Maria the office manager of labor finders.. Maria always keeps a positive attitude with great customer service.. I have been with labor finders since August 2018, and since then she has kept me and our labor team very busy… Thanks Maria, your the Best!!! From Victor Frank

4. I found labor finders back in 2011 when moved back to the area.They always had some kind of work for me they saw what i was able to do and always kept me busy. I given a Employee of the year award. Thank you soo much Maria. Thanks for sending to my new jod that haired me.you’ve always told me don’t give up. Something will happen you ern it you gave me something to believe in .I’m now making over 49hr some times more once again Thanks for everything you’ve done for me Maria you so so wonderful i will continue to come by the office for some kinda. 5. Horrible! We use temp labor all the time. This company is very unprofessional. When requesting persons they sounded like they were sitting around a BBQ and just providing a quote based on the needs of the day. Then, they bill late. If you don’t respond immediately Kamberlyn.DeLaCruz WILL call your employees to ask for payment. We pay in 60 days – they knew that and accepted those terms when they provided labor. Apparently they changed those terms on their own – remember they are unprofessional. We had 2 laborers on Feb 18th and by March 18th they are calling my employees for payment.
