This stay was from last August. Nice hotel, good facilities, comfortable bad well-maintained but dare you ask for anything from the front desk. This guy will come up and huff and puff and deliver what you ask (for us it was a DoorDash. Their kitchen isn’t open late) for it seems like it’s the biggest favor in the world. This guy needs to get a new job. Sorry I wanted my food brought up!!
We had amazing 2 night stay at Hotel Healdsburg! Perfect location for a weekend of wine tasting or just relaxing by the pool. Loved the nightly music in the lobby garden. Highly recommend!
First off, the hotel is spectacular, very spacious and the staff is really friendly. Breakfast is tasty and the beds are soft as a feather. The kids say the pool is five star and the sparkling water on tap is a treat. I would say I’ll come back but….
I caution you to stay away from room 207, as it is not only unbelievably noisy (it’s right on the Main Street) but if you happen to be the unlucky person in that room when the city cleans the restrooms below (which I hear is once a week) you will be awoken to the sound of roughly 50 beeps of the septic tank backing up under your window, followed shortly by the smell of stinky poo wafting through your room. The front desks staff response to this issue, was definitely underwhelming. Our “upgrade” was more a punishment after that morning. Even our other room 205, across the hall and on the Main Street was infinitely quieter.
Ultimately our stay was a mixed bag.
I requested a quiet room, I have a big meeting at 8am and they put me in a room facing the main street, it is loud! Getting the Bose noise canceling headphones on, loud. As an operator of a highly rated operation, I am confused as to what a customer can request? I am totally perplexed at this point.
Great location in the heart of quaint and trendy Healdsburg, CA.
We didn’t stay in the hotel, but we did relax in the lounge. The lounge includes m several conversational areas with plenty of seating.
The hallmark of the space besides the piano and bar is the fireplace.
