Great jeans for curvy bodies! But terrible customer service!
Cashier MM1766; do you take your job too seriously or are you just a jerk?
I purchased a pair of jeans that had a messed up seam on my leg, it keeps twisting around toward my shin! How is this not considered defective?
I love American eagle jeans, I have shopped here for years because I can find affordable jeans that fit my body type.
After today, Iâm adamant about finding a new place to shop for myself
Today I went in to the store at Visalia mall , this young man by the name LEO help us he was amazing best customer service ever from him he asked if he can help us find something we told him what we were looking for we tried them on didnât fit .They didnât have the size of jeans we were looking for he said you can order them online they have a lot and that he could help me do that if I needed help . He was so patient with us and helped us . Too often people only complain about what they didnât like or something bad but this young man needs some recognition for excellent customer service I will definitely be going back to shop at this store !
I didnât catch the name of the gal on the floor helping customers but she was super friendly and helpful! I was happy with the deal they had going on and even happier with the quality of my new clothes. Thanks for your help!!
Love this store, everyone there is always willing to help out and go the extra mile to help find your size in any jeans you need. Customer service is definitely great. Went there today and everything was 50% off for their Christmas sales!
Very outrages I found the same shirts at the Cotton On store for a cheaper price I got 4 for the price of 2! An believe or not I can find levi jeans on sale for cheaper then there pants! Sorry wonât waste my time!
