From the moment we met Paula and Becky, we knew this was going to be our place to reside until we were ready to buy or build. They made everything so easy to get moved in by working around our schedules. Paula and Becky both have gone above and beyond making sure we felt at home in the community by getting us set up and logged into all the amenities, and making sure we were invited and included in all the activities they plan so well. The maintenance crew is second to none, within hours of anything that might arise, they are here in a flash to get it handled. We couldn’t ask for anything more than we get at South Pointe. Great job and THANK YOU!!!
I have lived at South Pointe for 2 yrs and just signed a new lease. This neighborhood is quiet and well kept. The leasing office has wonderful people to work with. Maintenance workers are great and on spot with getting things fixed. I love all the amenities they have. The owner is really awesome for the things he does for us here also. I have no plan to move anywhere soon in the future.
Let me start by saying that we have lived here for 7 years. If you are looking for a nice, clean, quiet and friendly place to live this is the place. We love making new friends and keeping the old. Miss Becky in the office along with the rest of the staff are wonderful. They put together many different get togethers around the pool that you can’t help making friends. That’s what community is all about. Come check it out!
Becky and Paula are wonderful, professional, caring and on top of everything! Moving was very easy in transitioning, they had documentation ready and very helpful in answering all questions!! They deserve a raise if not a paid vacation to some island would be deserving.
We moved to South Pointe about 4 months ago. We love our house, the grounds are kept beautifully, the pool and club house and amenities have been wonderful with our grandchildren. It offers a little “stay-cation” during the busy season or when you do not want to drive to the beach. Becky and Paula have been nothing short of wonderful, welcoming and accommodating. Moving to the beach was our dream, and we have fallen in love with Foley and all it has to offer, as well as, our home at South Pointe!
