An amazing luxury property with fantastic amenities and a highly attentive, caring staff. From the responsive maintenance team to the management, my family has been nothing short of thoroughly impressed. It also doesn’t hurt to have great restaurants and a healthy grocery store option downstairs!?! I’m confident in recommending this property to any and every one…
I’m going to be completely honest. The current staff is amazing. Before the new management things were horrible for about 2 years.
We bought a Tesla when the older management was still in place. We were told one of the chargers is going to be ours and the only reason why we got the EV was because we could charge the car here. Once we got the car, we were shocked that the charger was working about 10 percent of the times. Now we have to go out of our way every single day and we were promised “unlimited chattering” before buying the car.
The neighbors upstairs are very loud, the pool is cold most of the time, the trash rooms are filled with trash for weeks, and the crime rate is increasing with theft happening more often.
Not only that, but rent is not starting around $3,550 for one bedroom. We were happy before, but we are looking at other options. Location is great, but Sola management promise too much and not much actions is being taken.
If you want to live in a noisy building with paper thin walls, thieves as management, theft as a regular occurrence, amenities always broken, and pay premium for the neighborhood then sola is the place for you 🙂 lived here for almost 3 years and they changed management over 3 times, response time is no less than a week, and then you deep clean the entire apartment JUST for them to charge over $500 for “cleaning fees”. Seriously other than the neighborhood itself… SOLA is terrible.
The rental agency changed a few months ago and it’s better than before.
There is a cold water pool and a heated spa and gym here, several spaces for BBQ’s and convenient for parties. You can play billiards or work in the indoor ballroom.
Sometimes they give out free ice cream, tacos, and drinks as part of the service.
As for the rooms, I find them to be generic.
We did not end up renting a unit with Sola, but the leasing manager, Ashley S., was beyond helpful and attentive to our inquiry. We showed up without an appointment, and Ashley squeezed us in between stacked showings, then she followed up with daycares in the neighborhood, video’d a similar unit the following day since our prospective unit was occupied, reached out to Greystar management about a lease transfer, and several other favors she did not need to do. She was professional, punctual, and enjoyable the whole time. Completely over the top and immediate help the whole time.
We toured well over 20 buildings that week – no one came close to Ashley’s service. She did everything she could to make it work, and it almost did. Thank you!
