This place is infested with mice. Last year we reported to the office and all we got was basically an oh well. The pest control here sucks. All they do is put box traps outside of building and give out a few glue traps. This time around last year we caught about 10+ mice. We had to purchase glue traps from our own money. This year we are still finding mice in our apartment… it’s honestly uninhabitable. There are small children here which makes the situation for us worse. Knowing how many diseases and bacteria etc that mice carry. Here are a few pictures that I took. I didn’t take a picture of every single one because it’s honestly disgusting and who wants to keep looking at a photo of that.
Shout out to Muhammad for being timely and efficient with unclogging my sink, which was discovered a seal being cracked. All this garbage flushed onto my carpet, and Muhammad cleaned it like new. In addition, my vents are flowing as it should, especially in this HOT weather. Thanks, Muhammad, for your maintenance service!
I’ve heard some not so great things about this Apartment Complex and they all turned out to be true. They are extremely unethical and extremely rude. Management takes no accountability ever. I tried to get added onto the lease as an additional person living there since my GF and Bestfriend were already on as the main lease holders and I was charged for the application fee. A month goes by after going back and fourth to check on the status and I hear nothing. I finally go to the office to see the status and I was told I had been denied. I got no phone call or voicemail about this. None of the other residents on the lease were notified either. Looking back on it I’m glad I was denied because they have a cockroach problem and my girlfriend had to wait a month for maintenance to come and fix her microwave and then an additional two weeks for them to fix the garbage disposal. The amenities themselves are outdated. Looking forward to when her lease ends so we can move into a better more upkept apartment complex with nicer management.
If you work late or he 2 cars basically this place is not for you no parking for 2nd car you have to get there before 2 pm after that no where to park .. it’s awful place and tenants leave there cars in the spots for weeks and months and nothing no towing they basically reserve the parking with junk cars .. not recommended at all and it’s overpriced can’t wait for my lease to end
