SoCal Appliance Repair Pros scheduled me the same day. They arrived on time, diagnosed the issues with my dryer and dishwasher within a few minutes. They were able to repair them in a clean professional manner and in a resonable amount of time. I highly recommend them.
I am absolutely delighted with the service I received!!! Julian is an excellent Customer Service Representative! She answered all my questions and I had many. She stated that all the technicians had a minimum of five years of experience and that they were all certified AC Technicians and all of their work was guaranteed. She informed me that she could have a representative come out the same day within two hours.
I was really impressed with the timeframe considering we were in a heatwave and the temperature was well over 100 degrees.
AC Technician Aleksey showed up within the promised timeframe and he completed the job within one hour!!! I am still amazed! Aleksey provided outstanding service and he explained the process and what needed to be replaced. He had the replacement part on his truck and he immediately went to work. My air conditioner and it is still working perfectly!!!

I highly recommend! The ice machine in my refrigerator was broken and hard to fix, as replacement parts were no longer available to order. Sergey was always very respectful and had to return a couple of times until the job was done, which the company did not charge me for. I would call them again in a heartbeat!
Sergei was excellent. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly without being “shmoozy”.. He worked quickly and efficiently and fixed my problem completely. It was a very good experience.
