This place charges a $100 for deposit for incidentals. They will also try to upsell you they’re disgusting breakfast and their beers and nasty peanuts with some other things in it like all peas. My stay came with breakfast so I never needed to even buy an extra breakfast for my party. Unfortunately this hotel charged me $328 in incidentals causing pending charges. As a single mother this made it very difficult and kind of cut back on my trip for my children in restaurants and fun. When I complained about it I was assured that I would receive my money back the first time. The next day they took another $100 in incidentals. We never ate the breakfast we wanted it not charged to us we did not take any of their extras we returned those as well. Management there is horrible. While I was complaining regarding my $328 he told me to be quiet and then gave some hand gestures while talking which upset is my son. Management then called the police on me. All I wanted as a single mother was an explanation as to why $328 we’re taken out of my account for incidentals. I can’t feed my children money that is pending. That’s all management kept saying it’s money that is pending it’s pending. NICK Desai Jr. Has no empathy or sympathy or customer service . Upon expressing that I cannot feed my children with money that is pending this man called the police on me. Which was OK the Windsor police are very nice. It’s just embarrassing . On top of that only $200 has been returned. They still charge me $128 for incidentals. I just want the math to make sense their food is $15 per person if it did not come with the room mine came with the room so I never needed to purchase the meals in the first place but it was sent to my phone and an upscale text and I wanted to just make sure everybody was set. Which backfired on me because this money was taken out of my account and placed impending and not put back so I couldn’t spend it during my trip. And the hotel just did not care even them having a restaurant they did not offer me free dinner or even a coffee. I honestly feel if I was of a different social class and look different the customer service on my complaint would have been handled different by mister Nick. At the end of the day my social class isn’t the kind of person that Nick cares to really have at his hotel. I’m just a single mother with my kids. On a budget so every penny matters to me. Some people have been blessed to be privileged, where they do not know how it is to have money pending and then not being able to eat. A hotel general manager should be able to express sympathy and empathy and offer a solution besides rudeness and condescending answers and finally calling the police. if you’re just a regular human being I wouldn’t go here unless someone else is paying for everything. Like if this was a company trip or or again somebody else is paying.
Half of the covered parking is for Diamond Elite members only, heading straight to the lower level parking makes more sense. But that puts you at a far distance from the lobby and is very inconvenient if you are checking in.
Perfect and quiet. This was the perfect place to stay for a girls wine trip.
I stayed at this hotel during a work trip along with a large group of my co workers and it was an awful experience. The shower water was cold and when I called they told me the boilers were at capacity and just wait it out, so I tried again the next morning and the water was still cold. After taking my cold shower, I had forgotten my black Hydroflask with a built in straw and a dent on the top in the room restroom when I left the hotel, so when I called back to get it.. they tell me that nothing was found in that room. I know I 100% left it in that room which means one of their staff took it for themselves. I am very disappointed with the service provided here to solve any issue & the lack of honesty and integrity. If you can avoid this hotel, there are nicer hotels in Healdsburg.

Modern design, great customer service from check in to check out, they recognized my status immediately and employees always are smiling.
And the more important thing VERY CLEAN from out side to inside and room
Nice parking, convince store, business center, guess laundry, bar and grill on site
Also expending and ice machine in the floor
Definitely is my hotel when I travel to this area.
Stay here and you don’t going to be disappointed
