Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful which is not what I have generally experienced when checking into a motel late at night. The rooms were clean. The ac didn’t blow very cold. We had it turned down as low as we could get it and were still sweating. The refrigerator made a very loud obnoxious noise. The bed was AWFUL! Would have slept better on the floor. I picked this motel because the reviews stating the beds were so comfortable. I found that to be completely false. Water pressure in the shower was good and water was hot. Breakfast isn’t anything special. It’s exactly what you expect from a free breakfast in a motel. Overall, it’s an ok place to stay.

Located just off the highway and across the street from Alabama Music Hall of Fame, this is a wonderful, beautiful hotel that fits any budget. Why stay at a chain hotel when you can have a more personal, unique experience for the same price? I love the interior, the updated rooms, and it just has an all-around great atmosphere. It is close enough to town, you won’t have to go far (at most 15 min) for dinner, shopping, etc. The staff is wonderful, always ensuring guest satisfaction, as well as knowledgeable about local eateries (always trust the locals), shopping, and things to do. It is the perfect experience while visiting this small town and will make your stay that much more enjoyable.
We stayed for a theater competition, and everything was fantastic. Every employee that we interacted with was helpful and kind, from the front desk to the housekeeping and the lady serving breakfast. The bed was comfortable, and everything was very clean. Also, the breakfast was more than I was expecting. And even though there were three schools worth of students and chaperones there on Saturday morning, they were able to more than accommodate. I would definitely recommend them!
The staff are always friendly. Rooms are clean. Pool is very nice.
