This grocery store is around the corner from my house but I don’t come here often cause the lines are always long and they tend to have 3 or 4 cashiers. All the time. But they do have the items I like and need at fair prices.
A guy named twon was a cashier for check out 12, he said “no no no” loud to my mom and she was just putting smt away and he took it offensive and acted weird and rude, lastly I found his instagram and it’s twonybo, if he’s ever rude to you, report him, because this is ridiculous having a employee like that working at a grocery store.
I always walk in thinking it’s going to be a quick trip in for a couple things and I always leave before purchasing anything because the lines are way too long.
Today My sister and I were thying to pay on the self checkout, This guy Twon, aproched to us and in a very rude way said that we have too many Items, we were going to make 2 transactions, my stuff and my sister’s going to different houses. I always respect the express checkout if I have lots of items. I asked my sister to take me to the store couse I did not want to drive, my highblood presure was almost 170. Thats the reason for using only One shopping Cart. Once I was paying I needed help, Twon saw me not just once, couple of times and he just ignored me. I WAITED and he keeped ignoring me, he wasn’t helping another customer he was just there standing looking at me like saying I’m not going to help you! I had to look for the manager to get some help. He moved my items, I was in the midle of a transaccion and insted of helping me, he just move my stuff when I was getting the manager. Never apologized, or say something good. I was upset and convined with highblood presure imajine how I was feeling. I Had to relax or I was going to endup in ER Hope People who is suppouse to help us Do their job. And Management take actions against this kind of behaivor towards coustomers, I was just trying to pay for my groseries. (To the owners) Take care your bussines Foodmax is close to my house and I always go to this foodscoo. BUT not with this kind of emploes.
Longest queues I’ve ever seen in a store. Be prepared to spend longer waiting to buy average priced products that you spent finding them. Several times been here, same issue. Hardly worth showing up
