  1. I recently had a short stay at 1027 Wilshire and let me say it was what I expected and more. The place has great amenities and one of the best rooftops in the city, rooms were quiet and luxurious.
Will be planning on staying there again pretty soon

  2. DO Not Move to 1010
Don’t be fooled into living in this place. It has no security. My car was broken into once by the valet drivers and I had to pay out of pocket. I had no assistance. My new car was completely vandalized inside the building. It cost $20,000 to fix. The management said they would cover the expenses and took a long time to activate the building’s insurance. After a week, they came to tell me that they would no longer pay for the car repairs. The worst part is that when we moved out of this dump, they made up several fees and said that the rent had gone up without even telling us. But every month they sent the invoice with the old amount without any change in the amount. Never apply to live in 1010. Bunch of dishonest people and thieves, scammers.,
    They will let u down

  3. Sunny Farashi…
I recently visited Ten Ten as a potential place to live and was extremely disappointed with the service provided by the leasing agent, Sunny Farashi. From the start, she seemed completely disinterested in showing us the property. Her lack of enthusiasm was evident, and it felt like we were an inconvenience to her rather than potential tenants.

During the tour, Sunny was incredibly rude. At one point, she was talking to us while fixing her hair in the room we were viewing, which was unprofessional and off-putting. Instead of focusing on answering our questions and providing information, she was more concerned with her appearance.

To make matters worse, while we were in the elevator, she was scrolling on her phone and barely acknowledged our presence. This lack of attention and courtesy made us feel unimportant and unwelcome.

Overall, Sunny Farashi’s behavior was unprofessional and discouraging. Our experience at Ten Ten was tarnished by her disinterest and rudeness. I would not recommend this property based on the poor service we received.

I like the apartment… but if the leasing agents are like this and can’t even imagine what the rest of the management would be like. Place looked like there was a lack of maintenance too.

Just filter by places managed by professional companies like Greystar or Bozzuto, they haven’t disappointed me in the past.
