I have no words to describe my experience at Ella Grace Bridal. Breyanna is so amazing and was so flexible and easy to work with. She is extremely passionate about her business and does an amazing job making every woman who walks through her doors feel beautiful inside and out. She helped me find my dream wedding dress for my wedding in November. Throughout the process, she was attentive and always checked in throughout my appointment to make sure I was doing good. I cannot recommend Breyanna and her business more. If you are getting married and looking for your wedding dress, Ella Grace Bridal is the by far the best place in Central Valley!!!! If I could give her a 10/5 star rating on here I would!!
Breyanna was incredible & so so fun! She has such an eye and gift, my sister went with her very first dress she tried on that bre picked. Amazing sense of humor & host. it was never awkward (or quiet)! The best experience & such a special day for our bride & group. š«¶š¼š«¶š¼
I cancelled an appointment due to finding a beautiful dress elsewhere.
What I didnāt like was that you have to submit your card information for a nonrefundable fee of $40 to book an appointment. AFTER booking thereās another $100 fee you donāt see until later ā yet she says itās stated on her glitchy website (which is not).
Unfortunately I lost $140 after she stated on the phone Iāll lose only $100 for cancelling same day. Kind of annoying that she didnāt disclose the $100 fee anywhere til AFTER you put your card info. Guess sheās gotta steal your money somehow. Bigger boutiques donāt require any deposits and offer free snacks and beverages.
Very misleading. She didnāt seem sorry either.

I understand that you have to get staff to prep for appointments but I did call multiple times well in advance before the appointment time to let you know of the cancel and you didnāt answerā¦ you decided to call back 30 mins prior to my appt start time. My time is also valuable when Iām having to call while Iām at work with patients in the hospital.
The whole point of my review is for you to be TRANSPARENT with your āpoliciesā BEFORE customers can book an appointment.
Youāre only assuming I got my dress from a bigger boutique. Iām just saying they donāt cheat you out of customers money like you have.
I got it from Love in Bloom which is also small with a big heart! Upfront with their policies! Thanks!
Breyanna was AMAZING. I got the wedding dress of my dreams from her shop! She was seriously so supportive of me and helped me find the dress that I envisioned in my head. This was the first and only wedding dress shop I needed to go to! Only takes appointments and puts 100% of her time/effort/ attention on the bride to be. No one else was in the shop except me and my family which I loved. Had an amazing variety of dresses and definitely reasonably priced. She is amazing and so is her store!!
I just got married 1.20.24 and I got my wedding dress at Ella Grace. I had the most wonderful experience here! Breyanna is the most helpful person ever and made the experience so enjoyable.You can tell she cares about each person that walks through her doors and wants them to feel beautiful! They fitted me into the dresses I tried on so well and I was really able to envision myself wearing them. Im so grateful I found this place, my dress was absolutely perfect! I couldnāt recommend this place more!
