2-U Beauty Supply has great customer service. Iām always very satisfied when I leave the store. My favorite hair store to shop atā¦ You will not be disappointed by the customer service and they have a variety of different hair, wigs and products. And if they donāt have what Iām looking for the owner tries her best to get the product or something similar.
Itās the Only urban beauty supply in my area. I get good service. I just wish they ran more deals. When you donāt have any competition š¤·š¾āāļø you can do that.

The store is small sized with a limited selection but you can definitely find something in your price range. Highest quality bundle I saw was a 7a packaged as a 14/16/18 for like 89 dollars. They stick lots and lots of products so there are plenty of options that will get you close to whatever youāre looking for. Customer service was around a 3. They clearly have an employee thatās always there and probably really awesome but was sick today and highly missed. I saw 2 people leave after asking for her. Checkout was interesting. I handed my card to the person at the checkout and after swiping he laid it on the counter. He laid down the signature receipt and I put my hand out for the pen which he also laid on the counter. At this point I stopped him and just asked him did he see my hand to which he said yes but he meant no disrespect and handed me my copy of the receipt in my hand. No harm no foul.
