Iāll be honest, this was my first time at Bob Evans and I must say Iām sure glad we chose to go. My wife and kids have been before and seemed to like it. The kids were given an option based on what was open and they chose this place. The staff were friendly, polite, and attentive. We were there around 7:30 in the morning and there was only 1 waitress for a handful of tables but she kept up with everything quite well. Our food came out in a very acceptable time considering how many tables were ahead of us. Our waitress Payton was awesome! Glad we went!

There must have been some confusion between the Greeter and the Table Hostesses, the one girl just gave us a racist āLook,ā as if we had insulted her upon entering the restaurant while the other just walked away from us and the couple wanting to pay and leave?
If those employees want to play the Race card and refuse to do their jobs, maybe they should undergo retraining or learn hospitality skills. If not, be screened for termination!
This place puts its Priorities behind and Caters to the Uber Eats and Door Dash Delivery over the in person guestsā¦
They do not put any priority in the Customers that are already in the restaurant waiting to be served.
There should be no reason to have to wait up to 45 minutes and longer for food preparationā¦ This isnāt āFine Dining!ā
We arrived and were seated by 11:40 AM.
Placed order at 11:45 and drank lots of coffee (with cream served in a plastic cup and not a container of sort). I guess we were Third Class Citizens that donāt rate?
By 12:15, a new waitress asked if we ordered? We said, āwe did!?!ā
Meanwhile, the food expediters were 11 orders Behind!
At 20 minutes past the hour, we left and went on our way .
The General Manager attempted to keep us from leaving the parking lot, but we were tired of waiting while other customers kept arriving after us and were being served!
We are NOT third class citizens!
I usually donāt write bad reviews, but out of the past few years until today I will no longer eat at this restaurant. When I picked up my order today my room temperature pie had water in the container and water sprinkled over the top. I went to eat my pancakes and good thing I check my food before I eat it because the top pancake had MOLD on it! If you eat here always check your food.
wow. everything was great. very professional, respectful staff. clean, There berry ice tea drink was great. Will be coming back next time Iām in Maryland.
