A true disgrace. Do not rent from this company the maintenance on properties is deplorable. The front office workers are racist and belittling. I’ve never been so scared for my life and safety before. They ignore me like my life does not matter. I pray they didn’t kill me. Even if you pay on time every month they will ignore you. Before renting from them do your research.
Update: Everything has been fixed, but I’m still moving out at the end of this month in May because I am moving back to Tennessee. I am not too happy with my home. The socket in the bathroom doesn’t work. I am still waiting for someone to fix it. Then, I have a gas leak in my house. I have to wait on the lazy maintenance men to come fix it and put a door up here and not a box because the spire people couldn’t even get to the hot water tank. It’s quiet in the neighborhood, but this house has given me the blues. I’m thinking about moving out and breaking this lease.
If I could give a lower rating I would.
I applied for a house, Barbara self proclaimed to deny my application due to her inability to find the relationship of the landlord and the owner?
If she would have called the landlord, she would have found that they are MARRIED.
She failed in her attempt to be diligent, and did not even call the landlord??????
So my money was taken, and I had to do her job. Thanks for NOTHING!

They need to stop lying and over charging for them wholes in the wall places and actually fix them up. Good people are trying to find a house or a apartment to live not a tent.
