1. Only negative thing we could agree on was the pillows. Other than that, 10/10. Last minute reservation made and we slept great for our road trip. Clean rooms, clean bathroom, hot water, small free breakfast in the lobby. Friendly staff.

2. Absolute terrible experience. They don’t tel you that there is a 100$ deposit before you get here so I brought just enough money on my card to pay for what they said was my total online. Plus you know food money and gas money. Get there the lady behind the desk says there is a 100$ fee that was never mentioned before. So now I’ve driven 5hours to this place for a concert. They screwed is by canceling the room before we said we was leaving. So that also made our money get stuck in transaction with our bank. So then we had zero. I had to call a friend to cash app me the funds so I could even have a place to sleep but we left this dump and went to holiday inn up the street the guy was much nicer and we was only charged a little more for than what the days inn room was and it’s way nicer here. And the front desk guy was super nice. Also I tried contacting days inn support and got no where. They told me I had to call days inn help line then proceed to give me the number for the lady we already been dealing with.

3. The reviews seem to make this place lots better than it truly is. It’s a very noisy place especially from midnight to about 5-6 AM. Housekeeping knocks on the door even with the sign DO NOT DISTURB is hanging on the door and not just once but 2-4 times in total. The mini refrigerators are frozen up and are like one chunk of ice when you defrost it. Our sink dropped constantly, our toilet wasn’t bolted to the floor, there were spiders and spider webs everywhere, inside and out, the outside garbage was flowing over, and we caught not one, not two but three baby snakes in our bathroom in the same day. If I could post pictures of it on this site I definitely would because I have them. The whole building pretty much smoked even in non smoking rooms and I don’t mean just cigarettes. I wasn’t impressed at all and I hope it never comes down to me having to stay here again.

4. I stayed here for a week while in town for a concert. The location of the hotel to the venue and other amenities was the only thing good about this hotel. First you enter the room and smells of just musty mildew and the room was in the 80s. Secondly I start getting ate up by bugs EVERY SINGLE NIGHT!!! I’d wake up every morning after an off an on sleep because of being up all night from itching. Let it be know I do not have any type of allergy to anything. After the 2nd or 3rd night I couldn’t deal with it anymore so at 2am I went to the front desk and the lady stated she couldn’t do much for me. I let her know that I found a few bugs in my bed and all she said was well it’s not bed bugs because you wouldn’t beable to see them. I go to this event every year and needless to say I will NOT be staying here EVER again!! Oh and almost forgot that they don’t tell you about an $100 deposit you have to pay after you’ve already paid for the room.

5. The third party we were working with made things very difficult, but the service was absolutely amazing. Its right next to a gas station so easy to get snacks or drinks. The room I had was in a seperate building up a hill, so there were a LOT more stairs than normal, but the rooms were very cozy, and the people there are very nice and like to speak with you.
