We spent four nights at the Secret Cottages on our trip to wine country. Our cottage had a nice deck and patio right outside of our door. The cottage was spacious. It had a working gas fireplace and a jacuzzi tub. We were at the end of a two week vacation. This was a wonderful place to relax before going back to work.
We had a wonderful stay here during our wine country vacation! We stayed for two nights and we are so, so thankful they went above and beyond helping us on the day of our check in since we had early dinner reservations to get to. The room was clean and the entire place was beautiful! We felt like we were in a enchanted forest. The fire pit and view of the creek was stunning. We’d love to visit again!
We arrived a day early for our stay in Sonoma and made our reservation on line in route from San Francisco to Sonoma. What a great experience!! Karen text me immediately after I made the reservation to assure we were all set. We were given a sweet, quiet room backing up to the creek. Quaint little town where you can leave your car parked and walk to really good restaurants-and we really enjoyed our thoughtful and clean accommodations !
We’ve only stayed in their “Secret Cottages” twice. (We’re soon to be residents nearby) Walk into one of the rooms, If you don’t smile upon entry your smile machine is broken. Attention to detail is everywhere, and I mean everywhere! Looking out onto a lazy creek shrouded by trees, bushes and visiting deer you can feel like you’re back in another time- I know we did. We’ve tried to figure out the vibe, it always ends in shrugs and laughter, the place is just hard to define … Treat yourself! (Check out the photo!)
We loved our stay in the secret cottages.
Well appointed, fun vibe, and a super good location. We ate nearby at the Glenn Ellen Star, and wine tasted at Talisman accross the street. In the morning we went down the street to Le Pascals, a great French cafe, for breakfast.
The best collection of pillows and towels. We had a shower and a large jetted tub in our room.
There was a coffeemaker in the room where we got enough to get us out of the house and on towards breakfast.
A cute patio that looks over the river, which we could hear softly all night.
