The pool maintenance is horrible. I have lived here for months and both the Large TV at the pool and the adult hot tub has not worked properly at all. Its the summer time and its unacceptable to allow these basic issues to go unrepaired, especially a simple pool jet system. All i get are excuses from the management and the rent is sky high. Not happy
This the best community i ever lived! Best relations with the community and personal. They help a lot and it feels like they carry me as a mother! Very careful! So many pluses here as a great amenities, quiet space, big windows, very good sound isolation? Wifi in whole building and much more!
But most important it is a people as a Carlos, Tori, Hailei who work here! I’m an immigrant in this country and those guys and that place makes me feel i’m at home. It is a priceless! 7 stars out of 5!
EDIT: The management is awful and terrible – my only reason to not renew the lease and move out. They’re arrogant, not flexible and slow. Maintenance takes 2-3 weeks to respond to requests. Toilets keeps flooding/leaking and if you’re paying more for a 2BR/BA then your toilet issue is not urgent and will be taken care during “normal business hours”. The only plus point is the location.
I’ve been here since Dec 2020 and I absolutely love this place. The maintenance team is solid and prompt. The amenities have now opened up and the atmosphere here is buzzing again. The swimming pool is cleaned regularly and facilities are maintained extremely well.
How come my review got deleted? Do you guys don’t want the world to see your true color? How you guys treated me for a month with my toilet not flushing issue? Do you think it’s acceptable? Why do you change the staffs all the time? And why they don’t have any clue of plumbing fixing literally nothing. Why the office girls have no clue of what they are doing there but being shady to the Tanents. Do you think bringing plunger would fix the issue completely? Thank you guys after 2 million plunge I think I’m a professional toilet plunger. And thank you Callie for being so helpful wasting our time talking to you on the phone and got trapped by your questions. This is who we are dealing with every single day. SHADY. No wonder you have all these 1 star. They have major safety issue here too. They change their security guards constantly and who knows what they are doing here. I lost my 2 electric bikes from my own balcony and I’m paying 4k to live in 1 bedroom apartment here. And their solution is I have to call the cops and get the police report. That’s all they said. One time I was in the office and there were 2 girls working that day and they saw a Tanent approaching the office they rolled their eyes and said OMG he came again. I was there feeling so uncomfortable and I left. From that day I have been having a hard time to go to the office cuz I don’t want to be the one they will roll their eyes on to. I don’t feel safe I don’t feel comfortable at all living here. I don’t even like to communicate with them anymore. My poor neighbor he has been using plunger forever too and he is paying the top money to live in here. I feel bad about the whole situation here. Since the office people have no clue about maintenance I have to post this pic to public to ask what’s going on with the lights. I have 4 lights have signs of electrical fires and when I first moved in it smelled like smoke a lot. And they send their maintenance guy and he said the wall is just dirty. I’m not 3 years old. They blamed their plumbing issue on my bidet and made me remove it with $180 cost. I had to explain how bidet work to these people million times to make them understand the basic functions of the toilet seat. Can you even believe that? You are in the industry of property management and non of you knows about how toilet seat works. It’s probably ok for you to not knowing about it. But at least try to learn try to listen try to help me out with the problem. Not just make me suffer in my own place and use toilet outside for a month days and nights. And the final solution was I bought a plunger and that was the end of this long journey with this place.
Drove almost a hour to tour this place and scheduled a tour but was running 30 mins late to make it there at 5 PM. We let the leasing office know we’d be there at 5 PM and they said that it’s ok and we can still come. We get there and leasing office states they close at 530 but turned us away at 5 PM….?? Why say you close at 530 but turn us away at 5 then… maybe change your hours?? We didn’t mind seeing the unit quickly. Also it’s a self guided tour so we didnt even need the leasing people anyway… make it make sense. Anyway because of this, we don’t even wanna bother to tour again.. so ridiculous.
