The Julian calendar, introduced by Julius Caesar in 45 BCE, reformed the Roman calendar to better align with the solar year. Prior to this, the Roman calendar was largely lunar and prone to inaccuracies. Julius Caesar sought the expertise of the astronomer Sosigenes of Alexandria to design a more precise system. The Julian calendar introduced a leap year system, adding a day every four years to compensate for the approximately 365.25 days in a solar year. This replaced the previous 355-day year with a 365-day system. Despite its inaccuracies by about 11 minutes per year which accumulated over centuries, the Julian calendar significantly improved seasonal alignment for social, agricultural, and ceremonial purposes in the Roman world and beyond. It remained in use as the primary solar calendar in Europe until the adoption of the Gregorian calendar in 1582. Although adjusted for more precision, the Julian calendar’s principles were foundational in modern era timekeeping.

I’ve been a resident at The Julian for half a year and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. From the moment I moved in, the staff has been incredibly helpful and accommodating. The leasing process was smooth and efficient, and any maintenance requests I’ve had were promptly addressed.
The apartment itself is modern, well-maintained, and offers great amenities. I particularly enjoy the fitness center, pool and community events. The location is also convenient, with easy access to many attractions, shopping centers and public transportation.
What truly sets The Julian apart, though, is the sense of community fostered here. The management organizes regular events and activities that allow residents to connect and socialize, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Overall, I highly recommend The Julian to anyone looking for a comfortable and vibrant place to call home. Whether you’re a young professional, a family, or anyone in between, you’ll find everything you need and more here.
This is simply my favorite apartment 🙂 It is new, cozy and location is absolutely fantastic, nestled in the convenient area.
One of the best parts has to be the management and maintenance team. They are incredibly responsive and attentive, whenever I had question or issue to resolve – they were here to help. One day I accidentally locked my washing machine and I was in hurry to airport and they helped me just instantly so I didn’t miss my flight!! 🙂
They also pay attention to set up new convenient features to apartments and maintain great conditions to live here! Guys are holding different celebrations with snacks and perks for residents.
There are a lot of amenities, such as swimming pool, gym, rooftop, lounge zone and many others. It’s really nice to have all of those just few steps from my apartment.

I live here and can confirm how they let packages get stolen. We pay for a service called parcel pending and yet no one responds for packages that should be safe with this service. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired (the staff works very well) because the neighbors don’t clean up if they make a mess. They have stolen gym equipment and no one responds. They define themselves as luxury building but it is the facade. And we can’t terminate the contract because they tie you up and it is not transferable.
This apt is so new and clean. I have lived here for 3 months and really enjoy it. I have referred 3 friends work at TikTok and it is only 9 minutes drive between Julian and TikTok.
The 2b2b price is ok and affordable for new graduate like me.
I think next year I will choose 1b1b to renew my lease. Now I am live at 2b2b. This apt is so new and clean. I have lived here for 3 months and really enjoy it.
