  1. Great service in the bar/dining room!
    Average prices but shorter hours, being only breakfast and dinner. My two complaints are no Continental Breakfast for the high priced room. And they charge for parking?!? WTH!!! It’s in a industrial area that’s practically a ghost town! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Bed was perfect, because I don’t like hard.

  2. My room was not ready at 3pm. The lady at front desk was not nice to us (Irena?) She cannot speak clearly when talking with me. Not rude to me but just made me feel uncomfortable. I doubled check with her if the front desk will call me when my second room is ready. She cuts me off before I finish my sentence and said yes. So I have my family and kid rest in first room and I wait in lobby for the second room. No one ever called me after one hour past and I fall asleep in lobby. I find the manager at front desk and he helps me to check in who clearly have no clue I am waiting for my room. The lady is so unprofessional!

  3. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel as an IHG diamond elite member since 2014.
    Unfortunately, several aspects of my experience did not meet my expectations.

    Firstly, my room was not cleaned until 3:40 PM when I was back. When I raised this issue with the front desk, I was told that there were too many rooms to clean.
    This explanation is not acceptable, especially considering 3:40 PM is after the new check-in time. The room should have been cleaned much earlier, particularly as I had been staying for several days.
    While the room was eventually cleaned after I immediately requested it, but for a quick housekeeping the quality was poor, not enough towels have been placed, no coffee capsules were refilled, so I should request for 2nd improvement.
    There was also no clear apology or acknowledgment of the oversight, the stuff or maybe the supervisor of the housekeeping team only tried to argue the mistake instead of reflecting on it herself.

    Secondly, in the hotel’s fitness center there no towels since one week. The paper/plastic cups for the water dispenser were also no longer refilled, so man can no longer take any water on site, which was another significant disappointment.

    Also the furnitures on the roof top deck were not cleaned/wiped, but with traces of beer/wine glass and alcohol, when man wanted to sit there, we first have to look for a relatively clean lounge table.
    Overall, these issues detracted from what I had hoped would be a pleasant stay.

    Update at 10:25 a.m. / July 19th:
    Unfortunately I have to deduct another star, the price for the laundry service was incorrect, on the sheet such prices were listed, see photo, but when you get the bill, other prices have been calculated, which are significantly higher.
    That is very unfair!

  4. The room was comfortable & ac worked great! We stayed 2 nights. We’re traveling with 5 so clearly we booked a room to accommodate everyone but when we got up to our room ready to shower and settle in there we’re 2 towels so we asked the front desk for more but there wasn’t more because the laundry hadn’t been done. So 2 towels for 5 people. I feel as a room that can hold 6 people, there should be at least 4 towels shocked at all times. We were gone for the day, when we returned we asked for more towels before we went up and I’m glad we did because housekeeping only left 3 towels for the 5 of us. The room was also supposed to have a coffee maker but didn’t. I am a coffee drinker and it’s nice to not have to look presentable to go down stair to get a cup of coffee. Overall it was a good stay but the towel issue was frustrating that first night and the coffee maker was just an inconvenience.

  5. We have stayed here numerous times. Service has always been top notch, friendly etc. The cookies in the evening might give this place a high rating! Irene is definitely a great employee, she is always chirpy and very helpful.All the staff is! Im thankful for such great service.
