  1. Affordable, but the place is a mess. Broken machines, sauna is real gross. Also the mens room is frequented by homeless people. They use the showers and toilets, so i stay clear of those out of risk of catching a fungal infection or worse. They then rip open the lockers and steal all your stuff. Don’t use the lockers! They are not safe.

  2. I have been training with Mo Cedillo since June 2024. She has been an amazing instructor and support during my fitness journey. I love the communication and support she gives to me as a client. Personally, I have been out of the gym for a year and needed someone to help me get back into the rhythm of things.

One of her strengths is knowing when to push a client and assessing their needs as they progress through their physical fitness. As a client, I appreciate Mo and value our personal training sessions! 🙌🏽 definitely recommend her to any new clients in the same situation or looking to improve their knowledge of exercise and training.

  3. Super Enjoy this Gym! Just joined and I am loving the facilities. Plus plus all the classes offered Especially the yoga with Sandy Duarte! She brings such a beautiful approach to yoga 🧘🏻 outstanding!

  4. So far I have been enjoying EOS at downtown LA. Compared to other EOS locations, I find this one to be bigger. I always manage to find machines and squat racks despite busy times. I love everything they offer and am very content coming here. Big Shout out to R.H Ramblaz (Personal Trainer) for always checking up and providing workout tips.

  5. Response to The owner: did you even read my review? Two stars is typically not a positive review. The cherry for me is hygiene and cleanliness. You as the manager/owner need to set the bar for your staff. I have been to your gym about 15 times now and not once has paper towel/cleaner been stocked. Machines are dirty and not well maintained, dumbbells and plates are left every where. Get your on duty staff to walk around and address these things. It is disgusting to sit on machines that still have other people’s sweat on them.

Original review: They advertise this as a private gym. Not sure what that means as it is often so busy you can’t even get a work out in. They say free parking but good luck finding a spot in that awful lot. I have yet to go there when the paper towels to clean machines are stocked. Which is confusing as there is always 5-10 staff hanging around doing seemingly nothing. Only saving grace is good machines and equipment selection, when you can actually use it.
