Five stars because my job is to deliver and not complain about how long it takes like other super tuckers. PS, you can unload your own truck and restack the pallets if you donāt want to wait.
I arrived at 10:15 for a 10:30 appointment, I checked the Google reviews before I arrived so I already knew it would take a while. Luckily my company paid me for detention, and got paid to sleep for 3 hours.
After checking in with security I parked in the staging area and waited for a call. Once I got the call I backed into door 4. Overall very smooth with no issues.
Horrible place to deliver to appointment was 6:00 a.m. I walked on up and asked the gentleman. How long of a process would it be? He said he doesnāt know I said but you work here. He looked at me and said it could take an hour or 2 hours. I said itās already been 2 hours. He said it could take however long itās going to take them to unload that trailer. Iāll walked away and said this is BS. He said now thatās going to be 5 hours now
Do Not Come to this place . Everyone works here is super Lazy . Will easily waste your 6-8 hour . they dont even deserve 1 star . Idiots .
This company is incapable to delivery anything inside their set delivery windows. When you call up about delays or anything, no one knows anything ā¦ itās such a joke.
And the reps arenāt there to help make anything better for their clients. They just want to sell you things you do not need.
Use Cisco until someone at this company gives a damn.
1130 appt, arrived 1100. Parked on street and walked paperwork up. Checked in and was sent to staging. Got call at noon for a door. Handed in paperwork, was unloaded and gone by 1300. (I only had 7 pallets though) I put my lumper relay code on the check in sheet so they didnāt even have to pester me to pay my lumper fee. Backing can be a bit snug when other drivers are parked silly, but otherwise all good. I have a feeling this place is probably a bit more hectic if you have an early appt (like most us foods)
