1. Just moved to this property and we couldn’t be happier! The building itself is beautiful and well maintained – walking around the courtyards makes you feel like you’re worlds away from the hustle and bustle of LA. The property staff are wonderful, so courteous and incredibly helpful with the thousand questions and inquiries I had upon moving in.

   The amenities (pool, gym and bbq areas) are a huge selling point for me as I’m a frequent gym goer, self proclaimed sunflower and barbecue every week for meal prep.

   Lastly the apartment we moved into is beautiful. We receive tons of light, the layout and space is stunning and the finishes and details are really luxe. I cook daily and the Viking appliances in the kitchen and soft close drawers throughout were huge for me.

   10/10 recommend!

2. Lived here for 4 years at Montecito. Any problem or question you have is fixed within 1minute or within the hour. No wait, always accommodating, respectful and understanding. Will definitely miss it.

4. My husband and I moved in here last June and we love it. Anna, the concierge has been welcoming since the day we stopped by to see if we could get a tour. When we lost our family fur member she sent a beautiful bouquet of flowers. It’s the little things that count. We had an incident with our neighbors tossing their dirty water full of animal waste down on our patio. She had our pillows picked up, cleaned, dropped off and the wonderful cleaning team here came to power wash and clean up the patio. It’s in moments like that where you will see how things are handled….it was handled impeccably and it’s not happened again. We will miss you, Anna, but wish you all the best!

5. I’d just like to take a moment to express how unbelievably impressed I have been with OMAR’s ENTIRE team of maintenance technicians, including: EDMUNDO, KAMAL, and CARLOS. They have all been OUTSTANDING and always manage to go ABOVE and BEYOND on every maintenance request I file. This includes the newest technician who has been helping out, JOSEPH, who should absolutely be kept around and hired full-time. I’ve been filing an unusually high level maintenance requests lately, but they are never annoyed by this. Instead, I am always met with a smile and incredible attitudes by this group, and they go out of their way to make sure the issue is not only resolved, but sometimes even better off than it was before. Please take care of this team!! The professionalism and high level of the entire maintenance team and rest of the staff, for that matter, (including the cleaning staff, but also extending to security and management) is impeccable, and when there is an issue they fix immediately, and they do so with incredible attitudes.
