Beautiful hotel. We stayed in the newer Tower Building (not the Main Building) and had an amazing time.
Our room had an unobstructed view of the Bay, it was actually quite breathtaking when we first walked in. The room was very spacious, super clean and super quiet. We ate at the restaurant for breakfast everyday, good service and good food.
The hotel is on a steep hill. It can get quite tiring if youâre planning a lot of walking. Location is otherwise pretty good and fairly central.
We went to the Tonga Room, good drinks and lots of fun.
I had an excellent experience. The hotel itself is fantastic, with well-appointed rooms and a comfortable atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs or questions. The food was another highlightâdelicious and varied, catering to different tastes. What truly made the stay unforgettable were the amazing views. Whether youâre enjoying a meal, or relaxing in your room, the scenic surroundings add an extra layer of serenity to your stay. Highly recommended!
Ashley and Chris at the front desk went above & beyond to ensure we had a good stay despite a couple of issues like our room keys being one time use only during our 3 night stay. The hotel rooms are small but reasonably clean and the beds were comfortable. The room service is excellent (donât bother trying to order in the tablet just pick up the phone and the In Room Dining Manager will make great suggestions!) We would come again because really the staff love hospitality and it shows.
Highly recommend!!! This place is incredible and not too pricey! Staff was amazing. Tom Wolfe at the front was great and Guss the director of banquet was so kind! We were so bummed out because we booked this hotel to see the Tonga room, and it was closed the days we were staying there. But guss Escorted us around there and gave us some fun. History about the place we are so happy with our choice to stay here and for all the amazing people at work here.. Also the rooms are amazing. The view was great and I canât wait to stay here again next time.
Stunning hotel, first and foremost. The service was impeccable, they truly are the most service oriented hotel Iâve ever visited. If you ever have an issue theyâre on it promptly and professionally. The location is killer too, right at the top of the mark and in a good spot downtown thatâs still downtown but not noisy or has heavy traffic. Tons of things to do and eat nearby and they have a cable car stop right outside I used every day. The ONLY thing I had issue with, and itâs subjective, was the bed was pretty stiff. Tho my back isnât the best, so take it with a grain of salt. If you want the royal treatment come here.
