I usually order everything online which I love! It doesnāt take long to receive & Iāve never returned anything which speaks volumes. I actually went shopping with my best friend & we stopped by Catoās, of course I didnāt leave empty handed! It was also nice to shop in the store which has some really nice clothes, very well organized, clean & excellent people that work there. I had so much fun but will continue to do both nowā¦great store!!!
Displays to close to each other. A lady on her walker got the wheel twisted in the bubble wrapped some employee left in the middle of the floor, she almost fell. Great items but not enough clothes for older ladies that do not want to wearing what is now āskinnyā or āleggingā type pants.
I havenāt been to the store in a while. I walked in, was greeted with festive Christmas musicā¦ I went to my leftā¦ Walked to the side of the cashiers.. looked around.. walked past themā¦ Looked through the clearance on the other sideā¦ ( Two people together are checking out) walked to the middle .. pausedā¦ And walked out the door. If one of the 2 people working couldnāt be bothered to say a simple helloā¦ Then I donāt need to spend my money there. I would understand if it was busyā¦.
It was ok I couldnāt find what I wanted in my size they were all gone , the sales lady was not friendly and I didnāt really care for some the blouses that tied on the stomach but I loved their shoes
I like the place but their employers..thatās another story turning your nose up at someone and you already ugly with a ugly attitude donāt mix.. Hire better workers
