  2. Knowing exactly which vehicle I wanted made it super easy to accomplish my purchase. The gentleman that were extremely helpful were Lorenzo Medina the salesman and Tan Chima the finance Manager. These two guys are the best. They’re genuinely nice, caring, and very respectable men who saw to meeting my needs. They made the numbers work for my budget. Five stars isn’t enough recognition for these guys, so I’m giving them both 10 ********** each!!!

  3. Purchased a reasonably priced used vehicle (according to cargurus.com) and they even helped me deliver it to my place. However, the paperwork could’ve been explained better and the response time after the fact. I also did an inspection on the vehicle and had a mechanic check it in ways that I couldn’t. Found some small issues (alignment slightly out, small scratches, minor fading, weather cracks on tires, windshield wiper wear, no floor mats, etc) but that’s expected with a used vehicle. The passenger DRL was out, the grill slightly cracked and the driver door stopper arm was cracked. I was getting a good deal so I didn’t opt in for the 3-day return policy but was never asked. It’s been over two weeks and I never received my refund for GAP insurance.

  4. We had a great experience at Blackstone Chevrolet. We worked with Steven. He listened to our wants and showed us some great options. He wasn’t pushy and we didn’t feel pressured in our decisions. We got a great deal on a brand new Silverado! He even assisted us in getting additional discounts.

  5. I don’t like posting 1 star reviews, but this photo shows how my car was returned to me after this dealership had my car for 5 months. They didn’t have the part needed for the repair for 5 months and refused to provide me with a loaner vehicle during that time. On top of that, while the main repair was covered under warranty, I was still given a bill of $1000 for 4 hours of labor to change some wiring in the engine bay. When I asked for photos and other documentation of the repair the first few months I was repeatedly ignored until the bill came. When I pressed again when the bill was due, I was txted 1 close up grainy photo as “proof” of the additional work completed from service advisor Jeremia Navarro. The cherry on top is that I they didn’t even wash my car because they “didn’t know I was coming” even though I was traveling from 4 hours away to get the car and communicated this to them a week prior. I could not directly communicate with anyone because I never got a direct phone number or email and always had dial the main line and leave messages with reception which may or may not have been passed along. When I arrived, they didn’t even offer to wash it real quick while I waited, they just gave me the keys and sent me on my way. My car also needed an oil change, something I’ve had other dealers throw in for free previously. They didn’t address it.
    Overall absolutely terrible experience not only with GM but with this dealer specifically. I would take my car to every other Chevy dealer in California before returning here based on their lack of communication, lack of transparency, and lack of effort to do more than the absolute bare minimum.
