I went to take my brother for his appointment the lady at the front desk told me I couldnāt take him because Iām not his mother she was giving a lot of attitude then she said she needed my id for the paper I needed to sign I went for it in my car not thinking much just trying to get the appointment over with she then told me once I came back in that I couldnāt take him to his appointment. She was very unprofessional because once you look up a patient on the computer itāll show the reason of the visit but she made me go and get my id com back to tell me I couldnāt just to mess with me I really feel like they have to try and make the patients comfortable Iāve never had a problem with that clinic all the girls in the front desk are all so helpful but this one was being rude with an attitude and unprofessional.
I came in Thursday it was good. I was told to walk in for labs and schedule a physical as well. I wanted a lab appointment but they said its walk in only on weekends. I live 40minutes away. This is the closest location for me for weekend labs and urgent care. They did not order my labs. I waited 45minutes for them to tell me that they didnāt have my order. I lost HOURS of my day today. The doctor doesnāt work weekends so they canāt ask them to put the order in. Iām trying to get ahead of whatās going on with me and now I have to wait longer to feel better. I want you to know that a slight oversight can really cause some issues. Please do better.
Optometrist front desk not helpful at all .. patients come first all the time
Instead of talking about personal life they need to pay more attention about patient needsā¦ Sanger office staff are great on it all the time no wait always welcome people in a nice manner ā¦
Iāve been coming here for more than 20 years. No complaints! I LOVE Dr.Tang, she always listens and validates what I tell her.
Been taking my kids here for dental and optometry for a while now, never had issues. The girls are super nice. Dentist/optometrist nice as well. But the receptionist for the regular doctor is rude. And Dr. Kaveh, is one of the rudest doctors I have ever encountered. Talks to you like a child. Iāve never met a Doctor so unprofessional.
