  1. I have come to this WinCo Foods from day one when they opened this store. The store is almost perfect except the long walkway to the entrance and walk back when I leave the store.

They have the best prices and selections in town. I come very often for the fresh made salad. It is the best lunch and very good quality. The self checkout line is quick and easy.

  2. Very crowded on Fridays and Saturdays put an excellent store. They carry both normal brand names and their own and the prices are lower than any supermarket in the area. Do you have a nice deli department also with fried and or roasted chicken. Bulk foods like nuts or things to be used to make soup from scratch is also very competitive.

  3. Well, as you know food is very expensive nowadays, but WinCo is still the cheapest grocery store to shop with!!! AND they’re just right down the road from our house!!! Which helps with gas and not having to run all over the place to get groceries!!!
Our WinCo is usually pretty well stocked!! And their prices are pretty reasonable!!! The staff is always courteous and helpful!!! The cashiers are always jovial and convers with you ❤️ ♥️!!! AND I like that a lot!!! In this push and shove world we live in NOW its nice to have a smiling 😃 😊 🙂 😀, happy 😊 ☺️ ☺️ ☺️ person to help you out with whatever you need 😀 😊 ❤️ !!! I hope that everyone 🙏 has a wonderful day!!! GOD BLESS AND TAKE CARE !!!! ENJOY YOUR DAY 🥰 😍 😉 ☺️ 😊!!!!

  4. I went through the 15 items or less check out line with a small child like I often do. I am disabled so I use a cane. The lady at the self checkout African-American was extremely rude and would not give me bags for my groceries told me I had to go to another line even after I put a few groceries back because I was complying with the 15 items or less. She told me I have to put my groceries back in the carts without the bag walk over to the cashier to get the bags and walk back and pack the bags and all this with an infant! So I asked for a manager and it only got worse. After I put the items back that I was not going to purchase I was told I had to take my 15 items to another cashier and that I did not have the option to do the self checkout. I expressed that I was not going to leave this check out I had already actively started checking out my items the third manager came looked at how many items I had and still told me I had to go to another checkout. I asked for her name and she stated it was on her badge. I expressed I have bad eyesight and she the gave me her name and asked if I wanted corporates phone number. I was at the self checkout for almost 30 minutes going through what turned out to be an exhausting shopping trip. I left the store literally in tears and and felt humiliated. I thought I was going to be handcuffed for have more than 15 items! Unacceptable. Lady you have a job because of patrons like myself! The African American cashier who wears glasses continually stormed back and forth past me in an unprofessional manner and laughed. Another disabled patron expressed her disapproval and said I handled the matter very well. That the outcome would have been different had it been her. I remained hopeful that I could have this documented from the cameras in the store with customer service. The next morning when customer service opened I reached out to corporate it got even more offensive, they hung up on me and when I called again they told me I had to write a letter to their legal department that they would not respond to my concerns. And that they are enforcing the 15 items or less, that they have a right to record and document because it is private property. But that I don’t have the same rights. I have been shopping at WinCo’s for over 20 years. Never had a situation like this. It is an employee-owned company but they do not seem to care about their customers. The prices are great, but the customer service is terrible! Buyer beware!!!

  5. I have to say I love WinCo I have been shopping for groceries at WinCo for a long time but this location is not it. This WinCo needs to be reevaluated please consider putting some time and money into this location cause it needs a lot of work. The walkway is horrible, the way the cash register boxes are crammed in such a short walkway, self checkout is so small and the lines are unbelievably long, expect to be at this location longer than usual because of the check out lines. Oh my God the amount of screaming children in this store and it echoes. I will definitely have to do most of my shopping elsewhere because I dread going to this winco. Or plan out going here early in the morning because it requires so much energy and time to get in and out of here. It’s really starting to look better spending extra money just to have a pleasant shopping experience.
