I was recommended Ms. Sharp through my supervisor, through her cousin located in Huntsville. I was not familiar with the area, but Sara immediately reached out, scheduled a virtual meeting, and made sure we both established a timeline and home selection guidelines that made sense and worked for me. This being my fourth home purchase, I knew Sara meant business; she immediately started screening homes based on my activities, commute, and community that would fit my needs for the next few years. When my orders came in and it got serious, she would frequently screen and visit properties I was interested in and give me her honest opinion and feedback. When I found the “one””, I can only begin to describe how Sara went above and beyond. She made sure the home met every single one of my needs, sent me photos and videos, attended every inspection, walk-through, remediation, and when I say identified she every flaw and made sure it was corrected, she noticed things that would’ve been an oversight for me! She went through every walkthrough and inspection as though she were walking through the purchase of her own home – and she did all of this while I was still in North Carolina. At every step of the journey, Sara and my Transaction Coordinator, Stephanie, made sure I was taken care of, and made me excited and eager to get into my new home. I struggle to think how I would’ve managed any of this, or ended up in as lovely a home without their expertise and support along the way.
