I would definitely recommend to check out this place for your bridal shopping. This place has a beautiful collection of lehengas from all the top designers. It could be your one stop shop for all your bridal outfits!
Absolutely unreliable and awful customer service. Komal is unresponsive and takes zero responsibility.
They sent a used, torn, dirty(with Indian food stains) and ill-fitting (used the wrong clients measurements) bridal lehenga 3 weeks before my wedding. Did not answer my call and took no responsibility.
Biggest mistake trusting them especially if youâre the bride. Beware!
Was quoted one price and then charged much more ($1k more) when I went to pick up the outfit ahead of my wedding. Given my wedding was coming up within weeks, I felt I had no choice but to accept the higher price. When I finally did pick up my outfit, I noticed that some of the gold foil pieces on my outfit were missing off of my lehenga skirt. She said she could work with the designer to provide the pieces but never followed up or responded to my messages. The designer thankfully worked with me to send those pieces directly.
I agree with other reviewers that Komalâs communication is terrible and inconsistent. Itâs hard to get status updates, confirmation on prices, etc. I worked with several high-end designers and medium-end ones directly through their teams and had good experiences doing that. She does not provide written invoices or payment confirmations, leading you to have to Venmo or Zelle often thousands of dollars. Itâs tricky to trust this kind of merchant with limited paper trails and similar reviews to immune for momentous occasions like your wedding.
they act like theyre doing you a favour for ordering a designer piece when we can just go to the designer directly if we wanted and have actual good customer service. which i recommend and did for all my other outfits. idk how they are still in business maybe bc some people are desperate or dont know they can order directly through the designer? i ordered my sabyasachi wedding lehenga through them (didnt know better) and it took forever to set up zooms, get updates etc they barely responded to me and never even checked up to see if my lehenga got delivered. Anyway be prepared to be ignored for months after ordering. they think they are somebodys lol
The Grand Trunk has such an amazing and beautiful selection of some of the best designers!I ended up buying my engagement outfit, haldi, and sangeet outfits for my wedding from here and fell absolutely in love with all of them! Komal is so accommodating regarding getting outfits customized to your liking and getting it done quickly.
