  1. My recent stay at The Three Fifty Hotel left me deeply disappointed. Despite the promising description online, the reality was a far cry from the boutique experience advertised.

    It was evident that the hotel’s renovation efforts fell short of expectations. Instead of a thoughtful restoration, it felt more like the property had undergone what could only be described as a ‘Landlord Special’—a rushed, budget-conscious attempt at refurbishment that sacrificed quality for cost savings.

    The back patio resembled more of a neglected storage area than a place for relaxation. A broken HVAC unit and a torn, unusable lounge chair greeted me, creating an ambiance that was anything but inviting. The paint on the back door was peeling and cracking. The walls bore the scars of improper repairs, hastily covered up with paint, leaving behind a landscape of blemishes and imperfections. Even the hardware on the doors and windows hadn’t been spared, completely painted over without any regard for functionality. The closet door tracks were caked in rust and hair from previous guests.

    The ceiling fans had so much dust on the fan blades I did not feel comfortable using them. The bathroom exhibited signs of neglect, with moldy caulking, uncleaned fixtures, and even hair from a previous guest in the shower.

    From the neglected paintwork to the slapdash repairs, it felt more like stepping into my first dumpy apartment than a luxury hotel.

    Even basic amenities failed to meet expectations. The coffee from the Keurig machine had a distinct moldy taste, and safety concerns, such as a patio umbrella in the pool, were seemingly ignored by the staff until the next day.

    Considering the exorbitant price tag of $570 per night, the value proposition was nonexistent. This hotel is a far cry from the luxury experience it purports to offer.

    Instead of a sophisticated boutique experience, guests are met with a disappointing facade of superficial updates and neglect. Management must address these issues urgently to salvage the hotel’s reputation and regain the trust of guests.

  2. Have stayed here for several years. The new owners are not taking care of the hotel and are over charging. Had blinds missing so everyone in the pool could see in our room and bathroom. The towels and sheets are stained. One of the two bathroom sinks faucet didn’t work. Floors are damaged and not comfortable to walk on. They added a piece to the blinds backwards. They gave a credit at their restaurant. The restaurant menu didn’t match online. Dinner was just one item and no sides available to even order. $65 for one tiny steak. The manger of the hotel is very rude and told me that the sink problem was from work being done on another room, just gaslight me. At this time we will not be returning to this hotel. They lost long time customers.

  3. Extremely disappointed and upset. The bathroom was disgusting with smears, patches, broken flooring, shower head coming out of the wall. Super uncomfortable bed. The towels were stained and looked like rags. Floor was dirty. Old, broken blinds. Other than enjoying the pool and location, it is a dive and would never stay there. I asked about switching rooms and was told they are aware of these issues and have only recently bought the property in June. If so, they shouldn’t charge so much until the property is updated. We paid $830 for two nights in October. Ridiculous!

  4. This charming old school, byob, chill in the backyard kind of accommodation was peaceful, hip and cool. Brianna our front desk/concierge all in one gave us a warm welcome and was helpful and accommodating. The rest of the staff were lovely and nice too. The little details like fresh baked goods for breakfast, pillows on the lounge chairs for extra comfort, the landscaping, the artwork and motif of the rooms all make for a true cool PS stay. Let’s not forget the rubber ducky in the pool that made me smile. We will be back.

  5. Got there in the early evening and the lobby was locked. No one was there but there was a sign saying to check into the hotel across the street. A bit confusing to find – not directly across from the street and there’s another hotel next to it (frustrating especially in the heat, would appreciate if how to get there was just spelled out). The people at the hotel across the street were very professional and friendly and walked me over. The room was very spacious and bright and had a modern feel. It had a mini kitchen (refrigerator and microwave) with a sink. Property was nice and quiet. Location is great for walkability, that’s probably the best part. You have a BevMo and a grocery store right by, and all the shopping. Interacted with a couple people on the staff and they were professional and friendly. I do have some feedback, thought, because things definitely could have been better.

    My biggest concern at a hotel is cleanliness and the shower had quite a few pubic hairs in it, which was really gross and made me feel not in good hands off the bat. It also was not draining well, and had a weird stain on the drain. The toilet was running a lot and had an odor. The mirror wasn’t clean, either. The pool was pretty nice – the best part is the beautiful view of the mountains. It’s a big small but the property is small so never had an issue with sharing. Water and towels are provided. It did have bugs though and for a couple of days there was some dog poop outside my door. Some things had a cheap feel, like the bathroom vanity wasn’t bolted to anything and was wobbling any time I hit it, a couple of the blinds were broken which wasn’t good privacy-wise, the towels and toilet paper were cheap and rough. AC is nice and cold but bring a sleep mask because it has a very bright blue light. The walls are thin, so bring a white noise machine or use your phone. Breakfast looked ok, I saw some hot coffee, yogurt, and boiled eggs, but I didn’t partake. Free parking but not covered parking – something to consider for guests is shade for their cars. To the owners and management I would say just a few changes with attention to detail could make this place feel so much nicer, like just fix the blinds, deal with the stain in the shower, replace anything old or run down (like this tissue holder, just get a new one from TJ Maxx). Would be helpful if you left info out – I couldn’t remember check out time, breakfast times, didn’t know the # for maintenance, etc., especially since the staff leaves early would be helpful if you left some info. I thought I remembered reading there were bikes to rent but I didn’t have any info. Maybe it was there but I missed it or it wasn’t in an easy to find place. Not sure how it works if you need something in the evening. Biggest pros are location, spaciousness, and quiet. Ok overall, but I’m not happy I was forced to pay a resort fee here.
