Very active staff and welcoming, such a huge property with king size rooms and beds. Spent a night on a way to vegas and on the way back to San Diego. Felt safe with family and kids. very spacious rooms, clean and newly painted rooms, upgraded bathrooms and lots of high end supplies. location is very vibrant and freeway visibility. parking was free and check in check out was smooth.
Very spacious updated rooms and services. New management working towards fresh improvements.been there on way to work in Vegas and back home. Secured place for family and great view from the room. Would recommend others and definitely coming back.
Good hotel for the price, big and spacious rooms and nice and friendly staff definitely way nicer than it used to be I’ve been staying here for months and have had no problems other than last night at 3:30 in the morning The security guard was banging on my door and screaming like a psychopath and it looks like he threw my trash everywhere because it was a very heavy bag and I know the wind didn’t blow it all over the place and my whole family was terrified because they thought someone was trying to break in and harm us at 3:30 in the dang morning kept us up nearly all night and got no sleep since I went to bed at 3 and I asked the next day he said I can’t leave my trash truck outside. You know everybody needs the trash bags outside. The needs to come get him in the morning this experience was terrifying and completely uncalled for
Good service, good location, poor environment around room 141-147 (right next to trash dump containers), so you don’t live a line at night, lots of flies are with you… outlook of motel is good, full glass ground up provided good visibility. Interior facilities are old, floor might soaked before by water (cracks around washroom). Overall, I would say I was unlucky being assigned next to smelly trash dump containers ( “s” means there are more than one container )
Booked a 3 night stay. Only ended up staying 1 night. Booked a non smoking room. Got put in a smoking room. The sink did not drain well. The toilet would not flush properly the majority of the time. Pretty sure when I arrived there was drug deals going on in the parking lot as my pulling in spooked them. The last straw was my door being knocked on by random people a few times throughout the night. The latest incident being after midnight. I contacted priceline and the front desk after my door was knocked on after midnight, as this person knocked multiple times. Priceline is working to fix the issue and get me a refund for the last 2 nights but the hotel is being uncooperative. They gave Priceline the excuse that my room is close to the office so that’s why my door was knocked on…check in desk was 20 to 30 yards away in a separate building. Avoid this place at all costs. The rooms are not nice and the staff is not willing to help even when random people knock on your door after midnight and make you feel unsafe.
