Excellent choice for vacationing. This location has a Starbucks inside and the Atrium has a stunning glass ceiling atmosphere. You will feel very comfortable staying here !
There is a shuttle bus also that will take you to Disneyland. The Shuttle bus also has a special lift to transport mobility scooters.
Beautiful hotel very close to Disney land. Beautiful pool areas (they have two pools). The staff was very friendly and helpful. We got in early, and though they did not have our room available, they took my number and said “as soon as the room is cleaned, we will contact you”. Sure enough, they called as soon as our room was available. Great staff from the front desk to the housekeeping.
Flew in and rented a car from LAX. Drove down. Parking was a bit vague. Went to check-in at 3:40. Was told our room wasn’t going to be ready for another 20 minutes due to cleaning. As check-in wasn’t until 4, it didn’t matter. Got a text a few minutes later. The room was nice, bathroom a bit on the small side. Widows faced in to the building. On the 16th floor so it was a good view. I would stay again. My only complaint is, we were never told about the $30 a day to park your car. There are a lot of places that charge, that is not my concern. Just that during booking, check-in, and even check-out, not a word.
The staffs and service were amazing, including the front desk/ housekeeping/ dining and the best part was the park shuttle. The drivers are working so hard and doing the best to fit all the people and to help out with families with small children. Dealing with the tired people at the end of the day must be a really hard job, we just really appreciated the driver.
I’m taking one star off because the rooms didn’t get the greatest makeover when they did the reno. The bathroom is still so small, looks cheap and the corners are worn and torn. The toilet flush is as loud as cruise ship toilets. Cheap laminate flooring is coming off in corners and sticky, not sure how well the rooms are maintained. There’s a big gap between the floor and the door and you can hear a lot of noise from the hallway but thankfully our neighbors were quiet.
Never again will I come here rooms not clean for such an expensive hotel. It’s been 2 weeks & im also still waiting on them to return my deposit. Room wasn’t even ready when we arrived & we booked this place since March 2024 12 hour drive w/a 3 & 6 yr old so they were exhausted yet we still had to wait an hour extra for the room & we had to be pushing them to hurry up😡😡 NEVER AGAIN!
