  2. My Viva plan has been great! I had my first baby this past year and had lots of questions and they were so easy to work with. Everyone I spoke to was so patient and kind. They answered all my questions and got me all straightened out! I would highly recommend Viva!

I am a beneficiary of one of their Medicare Advantage Plans, Coverage is Medicare eligible type Part A/B/C/D service is good their Advantage level of “Extra Benefits” like the Flex card is with 3rd party contractors like CVS Mail Order Pharmacy and Nations Benefit and is atrociously bad, Viva Executives ignore the grievances and ignore the process and they perform no audits, They forwarded any/all responsibility to the contracted companies (NationsBenefit, Modivcare, CVS Mail Order, etc) Who are the offenders and enable them to give horrible service, promote corporate speak with lies in order to protect themselves from Medicare oversight.
    I recently had issue with Viva Medicare’s Flex card, Nations Benefit clearly lied in a grievance report and Viva Medicare just does not care enough to do their own auditing even though a viva represenative was on the phone with me while I experienced the multiple card/app issues and they still lied. I expected better from a “supposedly” 5 star Insurance carrier. I am very disappointed they don’t stand up for their members, but protect the contracted corrupted companies.

  4. I’ve been a Viva member for several years now and after having experienced coverage from other companies, I can confidently say I will not be switching from Viva. All of my providers are in their network and whenever I have had to call in with a question I am immediately connected to a live person. No annoying automated phone trees!
