  1. I love this gym! Julie and all of the coaches are encouraging and meet you where you are. Yes, it’s challenging but it’s not a typical “gym” atmosphere designed to make you feel inferior. All ages and stages are welcome and we all root for one another. I’ve been coming consistently for almost three years and I’ve made good friends and gotten in shape at the same time. What more could you want?

  2. Yosemite Strength and Training is amazing! This gym is like coming home to family. Everyone is kind, helpful and fun to work out with. The workouts are amazing. I really appreciate that everything is tailored and done for me because planning a workout is not my strength and it saves me time in my busy schedule. The workouts have different levels that push you, but the coaches are always there to help you modify in anyway you need, so don’t be afraid or intimidated. Every coach is amazing. Julie really knows her stuff and makes sure she has a top level team. I saw immediate results. I am stronger than ever and more confident. I love the way I feel! I highly recommend this gym to anyone who will listen.

I am SO grateful to have this amazing gym in our small town. Definitely come by and check it out, you won’t be disappointed!

  4. I love this gym!! You always know you’re going to get a great workout when you walk onto the floor–I appreciate having workouts designed for me so I don’t have to think about what to do when I get to the gym. The coaches are great at modifying the movements to your abilities, whether it’s your first time in a gym or you’re an avid gym-goer. They can modify to be mindful of injuries as well. The community is encouraging–we always love to see each other lift heavier, get faster, or learn new skills. My son has also participated in the Kids Camps and he LOVES it–always begging for me to sign him up for another session.
