Staff was super friendly. My room was nice. I would say very nice until I walked into the bathroom area. Room was clean, the bed was huge and I was able to sleep like a king. There was few areas that needed improvement or updated
I always book with this location but after tonightâs mishap I will certainly not be staying there nor putting my employees here ever again! While my employee was in the lobby the desk clerk told another customer that none of the cards were working, when my employee got to his room he discovered there was no tv, and the microwave doesnât work. So he goes back and explains that and she gives them another room which DIDNâT HAVE A TV. So he goes back and explains that she gets an attitude and says theyâre under renovation and that she donât know what rooms do or donât have what! So we asked for a third room their keys donât work now.. I will never spend another dime with this hotel. I asked for the managerâs contact info and was told she couldnât give that information out (which I can understand) but they need to shut down the hotel if they canât treat people like humans!
It was decent. It appears to be under renovation. the mattress had a sink in it and needs to be replaced. Coat rack
is rusty and the knob on sink spins around. I would give an 80 on Cleanliness. I must say the water pressure and temperature was great.
We spent the night here on our way to Florida. The room was clean and fairly priced. It is an older motel but the owners have tried to keep it up ,and I must say the front desk clerks are sweethearts
The lamps and fridge were rusted.
The fridge barely worked.
The room smelled musty.
The toilet didnât flush.
The towels were stained and had hairs on them.
The pillows were tiny.
I would give it a 0/10 and wished I had not wasted my money on the room.
